ARTICLE 9 – PRACTISING SPORTS AND OTHER ACTIVITIES

An agreement covering the coordination of sporting or other activities and other services may be issued by the concession holder.

9.1 – The marina dock may accommodate different activities such as navigation schools, water sports training such as rowing, water jousting, life boats, electric boat hire managed by the concession holder, etc.
These boats do not however have priority over embarkations moving within the dock.

9.2 – Any abnormal use of equipment hired from the concession holder, likely to cause damage and recorded by the concession holder’s agent, may give rise to the immediate suspension of the rental contract, without any refund of the duties paid.

9.3 – The liability of the concession holder will not apply where users have failed to comply with the safety instructions included in these regulations or other instructions issued to users.

9.4 – Bicycles ridden by users or hired from the concession holder are permitted everywhere within the marina area.
