ARTICLE 8 – MODIFICATIONS MADE TO STRUCTURES – CIVIL LIABILITY

8.1 – Marina users may not, under any circumstances modify the marina structures made available to them.
Moreover, it is forbidden to mark a particular berth in any manner, especially when absent.

Users are responsible for any damage they cause to marina structures.

Damage will be repaired at the expense of the person(s) who caused it, without prejudice to any proceedings that may be brought against them, if appropriate, for the offence.

8.2 – Boat owners are responsible, without recourse against the concession holder, for the damage caused, through neglect, clumsiness or failure to comply with these regulations, to the boats or installations belonging to other marina users. Boat owners shall have at least third party liability insurance cover for their boat and be able to provide proof of this on request.

Marina users who suffer damage to their boats or installations caused by other marina users or persons coming from outside the marina will take any legal measures required to obtain compensation for the damage, without using the concession holder as an intermediary.
