ARTICLE 4 – WORK ON BOATS

It is forbidden to build or demolish vessels within the area under concession.

Boat users are forbidden from carrying out fitting or maintenance work likely to create a disturbance for other boat users and the public. In particular, it is forbidden to use the quays and berths to carry out work or to deposit equipment.

All work or any other noisy activity, such as testing engines, is forbidden between 6pm and 10am. Moreover, users must avoid all noise that is likely to disturb neighbouring users, except during the hours indicated below:

From Monday to Friday: 9:00 – 12:00 14:30 – 18:00
Saturday: 10:00 – 12:00 15:00 – 18:00
Sundays and public holidays: 10:00 – 12:00
