ARTICLE 20 – MANOEUVRING THE WALKWAY

Lyonnaise des Eaux authorises the persons or organisations indicated in article 21, hereafter referred to as the operators, to manoeuvre the walkway in line with the operating instructions set out in appendix 1, to enable boats to get to the Loire river via the Linquet channel.

This manoeuvre is entirely the operator’s responsibility. It will allow these people or members of their organisation to access the river for safety reasons, to carry out technical operations (servicing), and for leisure purposes, only within the context of a club or professional activity.

In all other cases, it is strictly forbidden to manoeuvre the walkway.
