ARTICLE 16 – VACANCIES – BOAT SALES AT ALLOCATED BERTHS

16.1 – Any person leasing a berth must inform the concession holder via the Harbour Master’s office of any periods during which they will vacate the berth. This will be done via a written declaration indicating the return date.

In the event of failure to submit this declaration, the concession holder will consider that the berth is free until further instructions and may use it until the occupier returns.

16.2 – In the event of sale of a boat occupying a berth in the marina, the seller must submit a declaration to the concession holder as soon as the sale is completed.

In the event of sale of a boat, the berth in question cannot, under any circumstances, be automatically transferred.

The concession holder may decide to assign the boat being sold to another berth, as long as berths remain available.
